1. What is the average turnaround time?

Depending on the amount of what you're looking to schedule, the usual turnaround time for photos are usually within a 48 hour range. With videos the average turnaround time is 72-96 hours!

2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I know emergencies can happen at any moment, so I ask that you let me know at least 5-7 days in advance if we need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled shoot!

3. Do you offer digital files or albums?

Yes, with our services you will receive an album with a 4 digit pin to access and save your photos! (watermarks will never be on your images or videos)
